Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from puffyhug.com.tr, operated by HB PROJECT LLC doing business as Puffy Hug ("we," "us," or "our"). We want you to love your Puffy Hug. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY

You may request either an exchange for another item or a full refund to your original payment method, provided the item meets the return conditions below.

Return eligibility

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • All original tags are still attached
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing tags, or returned without original packaging are not eligible and may be returned to you at your expense.

How to start a return

To begin a return or exchange, contact us at destek@puffyhug.com.tr with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send any item back before receiving confirmation from us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Who pays

For standard returns and exchanges (change of mind, sizing, or preference), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid. Please see Section 6 below.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for requests made within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, contact us and we will arrange the exchange once your returned item is received and inspected.

If the item you want in exchange is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after the stated period, please contact us.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at destek@puffyhug.com.tr with photos of the issue and your order number.

Once verified, we will, at your choice, send a free replacement or issue a full refund including original and return shipping costs. You will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including: items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, gift cards, and any item clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process described above.
