Puffy Hug (HB PROJECT LLC) does not operate a warehouse in Turkey. All orders are fulfilled via third-party logistics partners and shipped directly to customers.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days of confirmed payment. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent via SMS and email once your order has been dispatched.

During periods of high demand or operational intensity, processing times may extend beyond the standard timeframe. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly through our official channels.

Pre-Order Items

Some products are available for purchase before they are ready to ship ("Pre-Order"). The estimated shipping date shown on the product page is a target date and is not guaranteed.

In addition to the stated pre-order date, please allow up to 20 additional business days for production, quality control, and dispatch.

• You will be notified by email and SMS at each key status update.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipment may be held until the pre-order item is ready, or split into separate shipments at our discretion.
• You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch by contacting destek@puffyhug.com.tr

After your order has been processed and dispatched:

We work with reputable international carriers. Carrier selection depends on your location, order weight, and service availability. Tracking details are included in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions are displayed on the website and in marketing communications when active.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to Turkey may be subject to customs duties or import taxes assessed by Turkish Customs. These are entirely the customer's responsibility. Puffy Hug has no control over customs processes, fees, or resulting delays.

Address Accuracy

Ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address. Contact destek@puffyhug.com.tr immediately if you notice an error — changes are only possible before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact us within 7 days of expected (or actual) delivery with photos. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
